We get it, when it comes to buying bedding you’re spoiled for choice. So what makes Cotton Collective sheets feel extra special?

Cotton
We think the type of cotton is the most important factor in making great bedding. Sadly, it’s also something a lot of brands neglect.

So we use extra-long staple cotton which makes for sheets that are smoother and more durable than those made with shorter staple length cotton. Other premium brands normally use long staple cotton which has shorter fibres compared to extra-long staple cotton.

Weave
We use a percale weave resulting in a fabric that’s incredibly breathable, with a matte finish and crisp feel.

Colours
This comes down to personal preference but we think our shades are pretty nifty. Judge for yourself.

For best results, wash on a cool or warm cycle (30C-40C) and line-dry. Use a gentle, bleach-free liquid detergent.

All of our bedding is made in a family owned factory in Guimarães, Portugal. It's a region renowned for its textile expertise.

As much as 90% of Egyptian cotton is fake according to some sources. So how do you know ours is the real deal?

We are serious about ensuring traceability and authenticity throughout the whole manufacturing process. And so we went to great lengths to make sure the cotton we use can be traced back to its source in Egypt.

The most important part was obtaining a certificate of authenticity from our supplier in Egypt.

We also only purchase cotton from companies accredited by the Egyptian Cotton Association who regulate the market.
